Personal data

Personal data are data concerning your individual person. These include your name, your address and your email address. You do not need to divulge any personal information to visit our internet site. In some cases we need your name and address, as well as other information, in order to provide you with the required service.

The same applies in the event that we deliver informational material to you on request or when we reply to your enquiries. In these cases we will always notify you. In addition, we only save the data that you have automatically or voluntarily submitted to us.

As a rule, if you use one of our services we usually only collect the data necessary to provide you with our service. We may ask you for further, voluntary information. Whenever we process personal data, we do this in order to be able to provide you with our services or to pursue our commercial objectives.

Automatically saved non-personal data

When you visit our webpages we save some particular information for administrative and technical reasons. These are: the type and version of the browser used, the date and time of access and the IP address.

These data are anonymised and are only used for statistical purposes or to improve our internet and online services. These anonymised data are saved separately from personal data on secure systems and cannot be attributed to any individual persons. This means that your personal data remain protected at all times.

Cookies

When you visit our internet pages we sometimes save information on your computer in the form of cookies. Cookies are small files that are transmitted from an internet server to your brower and saved on its hard drive. The legal basis for the use of cookies is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

Only the internet protocol address - and no other personal data - is hereby saved. The information saved in the cookies allows you to be automatically recognised when you next visit our webpages, which facilitates their use.

Of course, you can also visit our internet pages without accepting cookies. If you do not wish your computer to be recognised on its next visit you can refuse the use of cookies by changing the settings in your browser to "block cookies". You can find the relevant procedure in the operating instructions of your relevant browser. However, if you wish to block the use of cookies, this can limit the use of some areas of our webpages.

Google-Analytics with anonymisation function

We use Google-Analytics on our webpages. Google-Analytics is a web analysis service of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, referred to below as "Google". Google-Analytics uses so-called "cookies", text files that are saved on your computer and thereby enable an analysis of your use of the website.

The information collected by these cookies, for example time, place and frequency of your visits to the web pages, including your IP address, are transmitted to Google in the USA and saved there.

On our website we use Google-Analytics with the suffix "_gat._anonymizeIp". In this case, your IP address is abbreviated and thereby anonymised by Google within the member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Treaty of the European Economic Area.

Google will use this information to evaluate your use of our site, produce reports for us about website activities and deliver further services connected to the use of the website and the internet. Google will also pass this information to third parties if this is required by law or if third parties process this data on behalf of Google.

According to its own statements, Google will never use your IP address together with other Google data. You can prevent cookies from being installed by setting your browser software accordingly; however, please note that in this case you may not be able to use all the functions of our website fully.

In addition, Google provides a deactivation add-on for the most common browsers, which gives you more control over which data are collected by Google in relation to the websites retrieved by you. The add-on notifies Google Analytic's JavaScript (ga.js) that no information about wesbite visits should be transmitted to Google. However, Google Analytic's deactivation add-on for browsers does not prevent information from being transmitted to us or other web analysis services employed by us. You can get further information about the installation of the browser add-on via the following link: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout

If you visit our pages using a mobile device (smartphone or tablet), you must click this link to prevent future tracking by Google Analytics within this website. This can also be done as an alternative to the above browser add-on. By clicking the link an opt-out cookie is placed on your browser that is only valid for this browser and this domain. If you delete the cookies in this browser, the opt-out cookie is also deleted, so that you need to click the link again.

If you have agreed that your web and app browser history may be linked to your Google account by Google and that information from your Google account can be used to personalise advertisements, Google uses your data together with Google Analytics data to create lists of target groups for remarketing across devices. For this purpose, Google Analytics first records your Google-authenticated ID that is linked to your Google account on our website (i.e. personal data). Google Analytics then temporarily links your ID with your Google Anlaytics data to optimise our target groups.

If you do not agree to this, you can turn it off by using the relevant settings in the "my account" area of your Google account.

Google Maps

This website uses Google Maps to display maps and produce route maps.

Google Maps is operated by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

By using Google maps on this website you declare that you agree that Google, a representative of Google or a third party provider may record, process and use data that is automatically collected or entered by you.

You can find the terms and condition of use for Google Maps here.

You can find the data protection policy for Google maps here.

Security

We have taken technical and administrative security measures to protect your personal data from loss, destruction, manipulation and unauthorised access. All our employees and the service providers working for us are bound by the applicable data protection laws.

Whenever we collect and process personal data, these are encrypted before being transmitted. This means that your data cannot be misused by third parties. Our security precautions are subject to a continuous improvement process and our data protection policies are continuously revised. Please ensure that you have the most up-to-date version.

Rights of data subjects

Please contact us at any time if you wish to know what personal data we save about you or if you would like to have these corrected or deleted. Furthermore, you have the right to restrict processing (Art. 18 GDPR), a right to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR) and the right to have the data transmitted (Art. 20 GDPR). In these cases please contact us directly.
